MEMO DETAILS:
The Pinehurst Harness Track Restaurant is currently under lease to the current tenant, Tracy Cormier. She has an investor who is interested in taking over the business in 2024 after the US Open who also wants to make improvements to the facility.
Brian Dolehide with AD Advisors is interested in acquiring the business and potentially expanding the services offered at the restaurant, the tack shop, and a few other structures as well.
Mr. Dolehide and Kathleen Rose with Rose Associates will present a re-purposing plan that seeks Council's feedback and interest level.
Staff will be available to answer questions and provide additional information as needed.
