MEMO DETAILS:
The purpose of this agenda item is to consider Ordinance #22-15 which would amend the Pinehurst Development Ordinance to address permit revocation, short term rentals and homestays.
The ordinance language attached represents the Council recommendation sent to the Planning and Zoning Board. Recommendations from the Planning and Zoning Board may be incorporated in full or in part dependent on Council deliberations.
