  Staff has developed an updated "Preferred Build-Out" Plan based on Council input and included in Novus as separate exhibit.  Staff is also including information on general trip generation rates from the Institute of Transportation Engineers Trip Generation Rates (10th Edition) and an article from a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.
