MEMO DETAILS:
This agenda item represents a preview of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Strategic Operating Plan (SOP) that was based on the guidance provided by the Council in December and January at the annual Strategic Planning Retreat and subsequent meetings. Staff will review the more significant items currently proposed in the five-year plan and will seek Council input to determine if there are any modifications needed before staff prepares the budget document for submission to Council in early May.
