This agenda item is to review and discuss the results of the ETC Library Services Needs Assessment Survey and determine "Next Steps" in the Library Needs Assessment.

 

I have included four attachments to this agenda item:

 

1. A staff memo.
2. The ETC Library Services Needs Assessment Survey Report.
3. A Power Point that indicates the segmented ETC survey results, key survey findings, and correlations & differences between the ETC survey and other public input obtained in February 2020.
4. The Library Services Needs Assessment Background Information report prepared by staff in June 2020.

 

Fred Belledin of Clearscapes will attend the work session to discuss the impact of the survey findings on his facility recommendations and to seek clarification from the Village Council on your expectations for the final needs assessment report.
